Healing the Heart Chakra

Feeding Your Heart Chakra ~ Unconditional Love ~

The Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest and it represents compassion, love, and forgiveness.


When the Heart Chakra is out of balance often one will feel unworthy or undeserving for example one could add in foods and spices that feed the chakra and assist in bringing the chakra back into balance.


Remember: No matter which chakra(s) may be out of balance EVERYONE MUST stay HYDRATED. Water is needed to nourish our entire mind-body system.


To feed the Heart Chakra try adding more green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and dandelion greens, along with air vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, and squash along with spices such as basil, cilantro and parsley will help keep the Heart Chakra balanced. In addition to the foods and spices adding green tea into your diet will also be helpful. (Always remember your own food sensitivities and allergies)
