When the Sacral Chakra is out of balance one might show signs of instability, being manipulative, or overly sensitive, for example. By adding in foods and spices that feed the chakra it will assist in bringing your chakra system back into balance.
Remember: No matter which chakra(s) may be out of balance EVERYONE MUST stay HYDRATED. Water is needed to nourish our entire mind-body system.
Nourish the Sacral Chakra by eating more sweet fruits such as melons, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges, and honey along with nuts such as almonds and walnuts. Remembering any food sensitivities or allergies. Finally, adding spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, carob, and sesame seeds to your diet will assist in keeping your Sacral Chakra balanced.
