Be Mindful of Your Thoughts


Within the Law of Attraction, we learn that we must be mindful of our thoughts. We learn how important it is to focus on the positives, and to focus on the goodness because when we can focus on the positives we are able to attract more of the positives into our own lives.

I have heard many people say things like, "I don't know why my life is in such disarray, I have been clear on exactly what I don't want in my life, and now I just have more upset and disarray than before." Well, that is because FOCUS was placed there, in the negative. Instead of focusing on what is wrong in your life, or what you don’t want in your life, you have to be willing to stop telling that story. You know the one, the one where you are blaming others, blaming yourself, blaming the ___________ insert your complaint here, of why you are in the situation that you are in right now. The ONLY way to get out of the situation you are in right now, is to take positive action and that means setting that story aside and embrace the old Irish proverb; “It is what it is” and move on….telling the story again and again just reinforces it, giving it more power. I know you don’t want that! No one wants to give a negative story more power! So, you have to give yourself permission to set that aside. You have to be willing to stop telling that story. We all have a story, some are horrific, but we have to move beyond it and be willing to look toward changing it.

We must remember the importance of focusing on being our highest, purest, loving, and amazing self; abundant, happy, healthy, prosperous, and productive. When we do this we attract more of the same. If you want a more positive outcome in your life; focus on the positives and leave the negative thinking and self-talk behind.

Take charge of your life, stop blaming, stop focusing on what is wrong, and shift your thoughts to what IS right in your life. Count your blessings and realize that you DO have control of your thinking, just as you have control of your actions. Life has many twists and turns and sometimes upset and sadness, but that doesn’t mean we have to live there.

The Law of Attraction, plain and simple; like attracts like! You can turn it all around in this moment; Think positive and dream big, I know you can do it!

Affirmation: I give myself permission to let go of anything that no longer serves my highest good. I stand in my truth knowing that all is well and I am on the right path. I love and accept myself and I am ready to begin again, living my highest and best life possible, right now.
