Boost Your Mood With Essential Oils
Diffusing essential oils are such an easy and effective way to balance the energy in your home. Diffusers are easy to find and there are many different types to choose from. You can find some diffusers as low as $10 and as high as $150. Light bulb rings, plastic-type plug in with pads, plug in with glass tube, car diffuser with pads, it all depends on what type of system that you want in your home, office, or automobile. You can find them in your local health food store, department stores, and on-line. If all else fails, you can simply put a drop on a tissue or cotton ball or cup your hand around the bottle of essential oil and your nose and inhale the scent. I enjoy diffusing because the scent fills my entire home and promotes a calm sense of well-being.
In the list below, you will see that some essential oils seem to be listed many times; those oils are the ones that you will use most often because they cover a wide variety of feelings. I always have at least 2 bottles on hand of Lavender, Frankincense, and Lemon because I use them the most. Also it is more cost effective to pinpoint the oils that have a variety of uses and have those on hand at all times.

I use essential oils most everyday in one form or another. Once I started using them, I have never stopped. I like the energetic of the oils and how I feel when I am working with them. If you have never used essential oils but are curious; pick one essential oil that most appeals to your senses and start from there—before long you will be finding more and more uses for them in your day to day life.
I look for an organic or food grade, therapeutic grade essential oil that can be found at your local health food store or purchased on line. Some of my favorites are Joan Clark’s Palais Aromaetica at http://joanclark.com/ or Mountain Rose Herbs at http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/
Many Bright Blessings!
