The Throat Chakra

When the Throat Chakra is balanced we are able to express ourselves openly and honestly, we have the desire to inspire others with our words and we feel empowered. However, if our Throat Chakra is out of balance or blocked, we might come off being arrogant, overly chatty, unpredictable, unreliable, compulsive and obsessive. If you want to balance your Throat Chakra, feed your chakra wisely by adding tart and tangy fruits like lemons, limes, or kiwi. Eat more apples, pears, plums, and peaches. Drink plenty of water and add in some herbal teas.May your communication be open and honest.Many Blessings!
