Walking Through Fear

Affirmation: Today I walk through my fears by taking action toward achieving my goal.
There are times that we become frozen by our fears. Even though we know what we want and even have the means to accomplish our goals, our fears begin to become unmanageable. Fear paralyzes people. Doubts begin to take over and at times things may seem hopeless. But, they are not. If you can do just ONE thing toward achieving your goal daily, you have stepped out of your fear and doubt, and taken away its power over you and regained control. Know that you can acknowledge your fear and then move through it--it does not have to paralyze you. Today all you have to accomplish is taking action toward your goal. That could be one thing, it could be four things, but today you will be able to accomplish at least one thing toward fulfilling your goal and overcoming your fear.
Affirmation: Today I release the fear that keeps me from moving forward to reach my goals.
