Just Ask Your Body!!!
Have You Been Sick?

I was getting sicker as each day passed. I could not understand what was going on. I had done nothing different, I was eating the same types of foods yet; my stomach felt like it was holding battery acid and I was so tired I could not stay awake during the day. I was taking many naps and just felt horrible. After weeks of this, I went to the doctor and they ran a battery of test which resulted in being told I had acid reflux. This was not news to me; I had been first diagnosed with it during my pregnancy. So, I went home and started looking at every food, all the things I drank, medications, everything. Nothing was jumping out as the culprit of this pain I was experiencing.
One afternoon, I was meditating and simply asked, “What is going on body? Please, can you tell me what is wrong with my stomach?” Immediately I got a response, “It’s the water.” As I was in the meditation, I allowed my mind to bring up images of the water that I was drinking. I saw all these changes that I had made when it came to my intake of water and was astounded that it could be so simple. I had relocated to a new state and they did not carry the bottled water that I was used to drinking, so I bought a different brand. Not only that, I was drinking “well-water” from my home when making coffee, tea, cooking, etc. In that moment, I realized that I was looking at all of the processed drinks and whatnot and never did I think it could be the water.
After that meditation, I got on line and started doing some research and learned there is a plethora of information on the web about water. I was extremely overwhelmed at the amount of information and I wasn’t sure what was truth and what was not. After many hours of research and talking to someone that owned a water company, I learned that all water has a PH content and the normal PH content of pure water is 7, anything below a 7 is known to be acidic. So, I immediately researched the water that I had been drinking to find that it had a PH less than 7 and the water that I had been drinking, before the move, was 7. So, I switched the water that I was drinking to a higher PH and low and behold, my body began to heal and I was relieved of the acidic pain in my stomach.
So, if you have been experiencing a sickness or dis-ease in your body, maybe it is time to sit down, meditate, and ask your body what is going on. It worked for me!
