Practice Self Love

Affirmation: I am compassionate and loving toward myself in every way.

We are often times led to be more understanding, compassionate and loving towards others. Yet we are very quick to judge ourselves and not give ourselves credit for the good that we are doing in the universe. Our subconscious mind hears our thoughts, words of impatience, negative self-talk, and lack of love towards ourselves.

Know that we are all doing the best we can with the tools that we have to work with. It is time to give your self as much love, compassion, and understanding that you give to others. It is time to embrace that YOU are powerful beyond measure and you ARE here to change the world for the better. Give yourself permission, to accept who you are and who you are becoming as you allow compassion for self to enter your heart today and always.

Since we create our reality by the thoughts that we hold in our mind, it is time to appreciate that you are a shining light, and shift your thoughts into self love and acceptance in order to co-create with the Universe. You are just as important as any other living thing. Your opinion matters, your feelings, matter, YOU MATTER.


Today I allow those thoughts that no longer serve my highest good to disappear and I allow thoughts of compassion and love to take the lead. Saundra Berry © 2008
