Healing With Essential Oils
by Saundra Berry, C.Ht.
Essential Oils have been part of the fabric of mankind for centuries. Many people have used essential oils to heal their mind, body, and spirit. Some use them for physical healing and others to heal emotional blocks. In my years of using essential oils I have found them to be useful in so many areas of my life. Not only do I use them personally, I use them in my hypnotherapy and life coaching practice. The information in this writing is not intended to diagnose, treat or as a prescription. It is for educational purposes only.
The list below is a short list of essential oils that can assist in opening blocks in communication, self awareness, and raising self-esteem. In order to be more open in your communication with others, it is important to look at the emotions in which we express/withhold our own self expression. Raising self-esteem and self-awareness can assist us in every area of our lives. By simply inhaling, the essential oils you can raise your own awareness and energy. You can either diffuse the oils; put a drop on the soles of your feet, or drop a few drops on a cotton ball to take the scent with you are all effective ways to use essential oils. Remember, essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used on the skin with extreme caution.

You will notice that many of the essential oils listed above have many uses. If you do not want to buy many oils, find one essential oil that serves many purposes and use it daily. Once you have become accustomed to using that oil, try another one. I like to use affirmations when I am working with the oils. A positive affirmation is a positive statement that you use as your mantra. You can use one or many, depending on the depth of your work.
I hope you will find the list helpful as you raise your awareness of essential oils and their healing properties.
Many Blessings,
Saundra Berry, C.Ht.
